We planned to have lunch in Sapinero. This was all there was: a shop and a bar. So we settled for two microwaved mini pizzas. The next town (Hotchkiss) was 1.5 hours away.

Dutch Cowboy! Moving to Plano, TX

After 3 years of silence on my blog it is time to start again. Why? Well, I just left Los Angeles and am moving to Plano, TX  (20 miles north of Dallas) to continue my career at Capital One (company that bought ING DIRECT US). Exciting times and lots of new experiences.

My buddy Jeroen Prinsen came over from Lima Tuesday to join me on a road trip from Los Angeles to Dallas. Estimated stops: Las Vegas, Flagstaff, Grand Canyon, Monument Valley, Mesa Verde NP, Vail, Denver, Santa Fe, Amarillo, Dallas. 2400 Miles to go.

I will keep you posted on our trip as well as my time in Texas.
