For those who want to call me from the Netherlands: You can call me for only 1 euro cent per minute (and 4,5 cents starting tariff) from a fixed line in the Netherlands by dialing 0900 123 00 71, then typ 00 (this will replace the + in the numbers above) and the rest of the number and end with # (see also goedkoopbellen.nl).

If you use a mobile telephone it will be 1 cent plus the normal costs for using your mobile phone.
